Following their recent partnership, WWE NXT star Charlie Dempsey has made a surprise appearance at TNA Wrestling’s TV taping.

At NXT Battleground, Roxanne Perez defeated TNA Knockouts Champion Jordynne Grace to retain the NXT Women’s Championship.
Grace’s presence on the WWE NXT brand led to reports that it was just the start of a partnership between TNA Wrestling and the company.
On the June 18 edition of WWE NXT, TNA stars Joe Hendry and Frankie Kazarian made appearances in the 25-man NXT Championship number one contender’s battle royal. Meanwhile, NXT’s Tatum Paxley challenged Jordynne Grace for the TNA Knockouts Championship at Against All Odds.
On June 28, former NXT Heritage Cup holder Charlie Dempsey has made a surprise appearance at the TNA IMPACT TV tapings in Philadelphia.
In a video posted by Muscle Man Malcolm on Twitter/X, Dempsey interrupts a match and attacks several TNA wrestlers as well as the referee in post match beatdown.

TNA Wrestling is filming the next few weeks of IMPACT television on June 28 and 29 from Philadelphia’s 2300 Arena.
It remains to be seen if any other NXT talent may make an appearance during the two-night taping at the time of this writing, but we’ll keep you posted.
