A former WWE Women’s Champion is reportedly working as a backstage producer in TNA Wrestling.
On the January 24 taping of TNA iMPACT fans were greeted by the surprise in-ring return of former WWE Women’s Champion Jazz, who competed in a number one contender battle royal for the Knockout’s Championship.
While Jazz wasn’t successful in her first match since 2021, Fightful Select has revealed that her work in the promotion stretches beyond the ring itself.
According to the report Jazz has recently been working in a backstage producer role in TNA, most recently working the most recent set of iMPACT tapings at Full Sail University in Florida last week.
It’s not yet known whether there are more plans for Jazz to appear in an in-ring capacity in TNA, but we will provide further updates if they become available.
Prior to her four year in-ring hiatus Jazz competed in TNA as well as several promotions across the independent scene, with her last WWE appearance coming in 2006.
