A former WWE NXT Champion will be in a three-way championship match at TNA Wrestling Rebellion on April 27, 2025.
Ethan Page has been confirmed for the upcoming pay-per-view at the Galen Center in Los Angeles, California.
The WWE NXT star will challenge for Joe Hendry’s TNA World Championship in a three-way match also featuring Frankie Kazarian.
This isn’t the only gold that Page has his eye on having leveled Ricky Saints after his recent NXT North American Championship win.
In the main event of the April 1 episode of NXT, Saints defeated Shawn Spears to win his first WWE gold.
Moments into Saints celebrating his victory, Page would emerge, attacking the newly crowned champion and holding the title belt aloft.
The recent episode of TNA iMPACT! saw Page turn up to confront Frankie Kazarian, interrupting him after he called his shot against “an injured Joe Hendry.”
The exchange can be seen below this news story, with Page noting he had pinned a healthy Hendry, revealing that it was the TNA World Champion’s suggestion for the NXT star to get involved.
With Page stating that Santino Marella, as the authority figure in TNA Wrestling, was impressed with the idea, it would be initially confirmed that the match would be against Hendry.
Page would poke the bear that is Kazarian once more, promising him a future title shot, with the TNA Wrestling star attacking the former NXT Champion, only to be knocked to the mat for his efforts.
Marella later confirmed that the match would indeed be a three-way match featuring Hendry, Page, and Kazarian.
Page recently revealed that a dream TNA Wrestling for him would be to face Nic Nemeth.
