TNA Knockouts World Champion Jordynne Grace has mocked a ‘spoiler’ for Jeff Hardy’s return after his recent AEW departure
On the upcoming show, Grace puts her championship on the line in an open challenge with the TNA star herself recently teasing the possibility of a WWE opponent, with both Natalya and Tatum Paxley having been hinted at.
It was recently reported that Jeff Hardy’s AEW contract expires on June 14 with the company opting to not add extra time for injury/sabbatical.
Further coverage reported that Hardy was expected to return to TNA Wrestling, with Against All Odds being the soonest this could happen.
In a response to the news that Jeff Hardy could be heading back to TNA Wrestling, Grace tweeted:
“Spoiling my open challenge opponent is crazy”
A return for Jeff Hardy at TNA Against All Odds could see him re-unite with his brother, “Broken” Matt Hardy, who faces TNA World Champion Moose.
Matt Hardy left AEW after his contract expired in mid-April 2024, returning to TNA Wrestling for the April 20 Rebellion pay-per-view.
In recent comments, Matt stated that he loved AEW and working with Tony Khan but returned to TNA Wrestling to show that “pro wrestling can still be unpredictable.”
Grace competed for WWE at NXT Battleground on June 9, facing NXT Women’s Champion Roxanne Perez.
She has recently commented on the ‘limitations‘ placed on her for her matches in NXT.
